  • 2p - 4:30p: Wedding setup

    4:30p - 5p: Wait for guests to arrive and hang out until Ceremony.

    5p - 5:30p: Ceremony

    During the time between Ceremony and Reception, guests are free to wonder the Hammonds House Museum., taking a look at their exhibits. Catering will arrive between Reception and Ceremony.

    6p - 9p: Reception

    9p - 10p: Tear down and clean up

  • 30 minutes before the ceremony. If you wish to help setup, you may arrive earlier but no earlier than 2pm.

    Please let us know in advance if you wish to help setup!

  • Reception ends at 9pm sharp. Guests may move to the main Eventide space to continue to hang out, but the party must start its tear down at 9 and be cleaned up at 10.

  • This will be mostly an outdoor event with access to the main house.

  • Food by Kamayan with Lumpia (Veggie and Pork options), Oxtail Kare Kare, Vegan Kare Kare, Chicken Adobo sa Gata, Pansit Bihon, Lechon Sisig Rice, White Rice, and Salad.

    Vegan Options available with Vegan Kare Kare, Pansit Bihon, and White Rice.

    Nut Free and Gluten Free food options available and will be marked as such.

  • There will be a full, open bar with Paul Cohen as our bartender. Alcohol available while supplies last. Drinks maybe cut off at the bartender's discretion.

    A cold brew martini, the “Dark Ritual,” will also be available. It is made from cold brew, vodka, vanilla syrup, and coffee liqour.

  • While we aren’t partnered with a hotel, there are numerous nice rooms or houses for rent in the West End area.

    Northeast of the venue is Atlanta’s downtown with numerous hotels found scattered throughout it.

  • Atlanta can be chilly in the morning (40-50°F) and warm up to around 65-70°F for the afternoon.

    There is also always the chance of rain this time of year.

  • No transportation will be provided. Although, we are allowed to use the Museum's parking lot.
